What happened? Why isn’t Candytopia open?
Candytopia was not able to open as planned due to last minute obstacles at our original venue. Unfortunately, after several weeks our landlord has still not been able to secure the proper permits necessary for Candytopia to open at the original location. While they’ve worked tirelessly with the City of Los Angeles, the situation has still not been resolved and we’ve made the difficult choice to move Candytopia to a new location. While we are not alone in being impacted, we are truly saddened by this sour turn of events and deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Refunds will be automatically issued to all of Candytopia’s impacted ticket holders.
When and where will Candytopia be opening?
Our team is working around the clock and will continue to do so in order to open Candytopia at a new location as soon as possible. We will share updates about a new location and opening date on our website and via email to customers once final details are confirmed.
I’ve been waiting to reschedule my tickets and now I can’t?
We understand your frustration. We sincerely regret that things haven’t gone according to plan and we do not want to leave you in limbo any longer. We are refunding all ticket holders automatically. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to post to your bank account. What if I wanted to reschedule my tickets for a new location?
We appreciate your support and we would love for you to join us at a new location! Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule your tickets at this time as we finalize a new location. Therefore, you will receive an automatic refund. Ticket holders who hoped to reschedule their reservation will receive access to a future presale to purchase tickets ahead of the general public. We hope that you will join us at Candytopia’s new location once it is finalized.
How long will it take my refund to process?
