KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE DOOR?

We can not guarantee door sales but you may attempt to purchase at our location for same day tickets. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing and securing your tickets online to avoid any delays. We limit show attendance based on max capacity for event spaces, after all safety is sweet!

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKET OR RETAIL STORE PURCHASE?

All sales are final, but we can reschedule your tickets for any other, Location, Time, or Date. Your store purchase is also final but we would love to try and find a solution if there is one please email us at Kisses@candytopia.com


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR UNACCOMPANIED MINORS TO ENTER CANDYTOPIA?

Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guest age 14 or older to enter Candytopia. Chaperones will also be required to purchase an Adult ticket.


CAN I BRING A STROLLER?

We welcome Guests to bring a stroller if desired, please keep in mind that we do not offer a place to store these devices and they must stay with your group throughout the experience.


IF I FEEL SICK CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TICKETS?

Yes, if you feel unwell we ask you and your party (anyone who lives with you) not to attend and to contact our team at kisses@candytopia.com to reschedule your visit.


HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED TICKETS?

Please contact our sweet team at kisses@candytopia.com and they will be happy to help you reschedule your ticket. However, if you are running late or would like to come in a little earlier, all same date tickets are valid and we will accommodate everyone as soon as possible while monitoring capacity for each show.

HOW LONG WILL MY EXPERIENCE BE: 

The average time is about an hour but you move at your own pace through most of the experience. We have a few timed rooms to help direct traffic and keep all shows running on time but most rooms are self-guided at your own pace. We only ask that once you leave a room you only move forward and never backwards.

YOUR VISIT

Are refunds, rain checks, reschedules and transfers possible?

All tickets are final sale and non-refundable, however we know plans can change which is why we offer to reschedule tickets for a later time or date for any reason. The tickets must be unused and not scanned, if you enter our building and have an emergency please try to locate a manager so that we can find a solution and reschedule your tickets.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your show time to allow for check in. If you arrive earlier we will try to accommodate an earlier show time if we have available capacity.

I AM LATE FOR MY SHOW WHAT DO I DO?

We validate all same day tickets, but prefer to check you in for your scheduled showtime to keep everything running like CLOCKWORK (that’s an inside joke, literally an inside the building clock room joke). 

However, no guests will be permitted after the start of the final showtime of the day. If you miss the final showtime we will ask you to reschedule to have the opportunity to enjoy the full experience.

WILL HAND SANITIZER STATIONS BE AVAILABLE?

Yes, we’ve increased cleaning and disinfection procedures and have hand sanitizer stations available throughout the exhibit including the beginning and end of the experience. We encourage guests to use these regularly.


WILL THERE BE CANDY?

Of course! You will have plenty of delicious candy samples to take away with you, but be mindful only take a few as there are many samples throughout the experience. 

If you have any allergies, please ask and we can provide allergen information for samples. 


HOW OFTEN DO YOU SANITIZE OR CLEAN?

We make cleaning the marshmallow pit and sanitizing it a top priority. We have a cleaning crew on staff to keep the space top notch for the best experience for everyone.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We welcome credit, debit, and  ‘tap to pay’ options such as Apple pay and Google pay. We try to remain as cashless as possible but some locations do accept cash due to local laws see below for specific details. 

Tysons Location - Credit, Debit, Touch to Pay. - No Cash 

Cleveland Location - Credit, Debit, Touch to Pay. - No Cash 

New York Location - All Forms of payment accepted including cash.
