Any group arriving less than 15 minutes prior may have to wait beyond their scheduled timeslot for entry. We are operating under COVID guidelines with limited capacity, we will do our best to get your group in the next available time slot with capacity that meets city and state guidelines. We appreciate your understanding.


Final entry is as per times above. Please note that no guests will be admitted after this time. Guests with tickets to the final show will still have the opportunity to enjoy the entire experience.

We recommend parking at either the Parkade on 8th Street and Filbert Street or the  Autopark at 10th and Filbert Street.

Here at Candytopia, the safety of our visitors and employees is our number one priority. Based on guidance from health authorities and government agencies, we will be implementing new health and safety measures for your visit to provide you with the safest experience possible.

  • Guests aged 4+ will be required to wear a mask or face covering (Please bring your own from home).
  • If you are sick, please stay at home. We're happy to reschedule your ticket.
  • Sanitize! Hand santizer is located throughout the exhibit.
  • Group sizes have been significantly decreased to allow for social distancing.
  • We’ve increased cleaning and disinfection procedures.
  • Modifications have been made to some exhibits to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. For the time being, our Marshmallow pit will be closed for swimming, however, this exhibit has been replaced with an alternative fun marshmallow interactive photo experience.

OMG, HOW DO I GET TICKETS?


For the time being all tickets must be purchased in advance on our website to allow us to monitor attendance volumes. No door sales will be available.

Children of all ages must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are valid ONLY at the assigned date and time slot. 

Tickets purchased through ticket scalpers or on unauthorized third party websites will not be accepted. 


WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept cash.


HELP! I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE WRONG DATE

Email ShowClix customer support  at support@showclix.com or call 1-888-718-4253. They can help you with the exchange, depending on availability. Please note that on-the-day ticket changes are not available. 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


All ticket sales are non-refundable.  You can exchange your tickets for another date while available.  See above!


WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?


Your ticket will grant you one time access to our exciting candy museum, where you will have plenty of fun photo opportunities and delicious samples of candy to try! You will also get a chance to jump into our famous marshmallow pit and shop at our exclusive gift shop!


HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your show time to allow for check in.

Final entry is at 7.00pm sharp. Please note that no guests will be admitted after this time. Guests with 7pm entry tickets will still have the opportunity to enjoy the entire experience.


(Please note special hours on Friday September 4th, Saturday September 5th & Sunday September 6th allowing entry to 7.30pm).


HOW LONG WILL MY VISIT TAKE?


A trip through Candytopia lasts a little over an hour. The faves on your Instagram posts will last a lifetime.  You’re welcome to browse our gift shop afterward, too!


WHAT SHOULD I BRING?


Bring your ticket, a photo ID, and your sweet self.


No outside food or drink is permitted within Candytopia, but we’ll have plenty of treats inside for you!


WHAT SHOULD I LEAVE AT HOME/IN THE CAR?


Large Bags

Large coats or anything you are not able to carry while at the experience. We do not offer a coat check service.


Please note that this time the Stroller valet is closed, however it is possible for you to bring small stroller through the experience if required. 


CAN I BRING MY PET?


Pets are not allowed, including the adorable Papillon mix who lives in your purse and you think we won’t notice. The only exception is for service animals on a leash and under their human partner's control as authorized by applicable law. Please be warned that some rooms will contain chocolate, so proceed with caution.


I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, WILL I BE ABLE TO ENJOY THE CANDY SAMPLES?


Yes! We have experience accommodating all kinds of dietary needs.


The handout candies in Candytopia are nut-free. Some of the handouts are produced in a facility that handles nuts. We have gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, kosher, and vegan options. Please ask our staff for assistance.


Items sold in the gift shop are not guaranteed to be allergen free. Please read the labels carefully to determine if the product meets your requirements.


IS CANDYTOPIA WHEELCHAIR / ADA ACCESSIBLE? 


The ADA: It’s not just a good idea, it’s the law.  We got you!


DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS? 


The restrooms are located on the second level of the mall just across from our space, so we recommend using the restrooms prior to your visit.


WHAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY?


All guests that purchase a ticket or enter Candytopia are subject to Candytopia’s Guest Release and Waiver of Liability, Promise Not To Sue, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement, a copy of which can be found online at: www.candytopia.com/waiver-pennsylvania. Each guest will be deemed to have consented to the terms of such agreement by purchasing a ticket to or entering Candytopia.


NOISE AND LIGHT SENSITIVITY


Please be advised that our exhibit uses loud music and bright lights as a part of the sensory experience. If you or a member of your party is sensitive to these factors, please come prepared. Feel free to notify a Candytopia staff member if you are ever feeling uncomfortable and need to skip past a particular section.

HEALTH & SAFETY

DO I NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING?


At this time all guests aged 4+ years and employees will be required to wear a mask or appropriate face covering for the duration of their visit. 


IMPORTANT: We ask you to please bring your own covering, as this be required to enter.


Given this unprecedented situation, we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges as responsibly as we can. 


CAN I ASK STAFF TO TAKE PHOTOS OF ME AND MY FAMILY?


For the safety of our employees, we will no longer allow them to handle guest cameras or phones. Our Sugar Rush Photo stations will still be available for you to capture your experience, and you are of course welcome to ask your own friends and family to take your photo during the experience.


WILL THE MARSHMALLOW PIT STILL BE OPEN?
